In Google Earth, go to Projects. Choose Drive or Local, then tap New.
Pick Import file to project from Drive or Import file to project from device.
Type kmz if needed, then tap the KMZ document you downloaded.
Open the result that matches your parcel file name to load it into Google Earth.
Tip: After the KMZ opens, use the location arrow in Google Earth to center the map on your current location. Google Maps may also open some KMZ/KML files, but Google Earth is usually the easier option for parcel overlays.
Once the parcel boundary loads, tap the location arrow to center the map on where you are.
Tap the circled arrow icon on the right side of the screen. Google Earth will center the map on your current position so you can compare yourself to the parcel boundary.
